  • Treatment details:
    • On November 17, the cat was diagnosed with FIP based on the test results and symptoms. The 441 drug treatment was prepared.
    • However, due to pandemic restrictions, the medication could not be delivered until November 19.
    • The owner drove to the local warehouse to pick up the medication and started administering it.
    • The treatment included anti-inflammatory, liver protection, and blood supplement medications.
    • On November 22, the cat’s condition improved significantly and began eating on its own, but experienced loose stool, which was treated with probiotics.
      • On November 24, the cat’s condition improved further, and it regained its appetite and energy.
      • On November 30, after 12 days of treatment, the cat’s condition continued to improve, and it became more active.
      • On December 3, the cat still had loose stool after taking probiotics, so it was switched to Montmorillonite Powder and Mama Love Reducing Powder.
      • On December 19, after completing one month of treatment, the cat was scheduled for a follow-up examination.
      • On December 20, the cat was tested for 10 biochemical indices, blood tests, and SAA, but no ultrasound was performed.
      • The cat’s liver and kidney functions improved, anemia was resolved, and the white blood cell count ratio reached 0.8, meeting the criteria for stopping treatment and entering the consolidation phase.

  • Comparison of test results before and after treatment: White blood cell count ratio increased from 0.5 to 0.8, and blood tests, SAA, and biochemical indices returned to normal after treatment.
