Shipping

We ship our products from our UK-based warehouse to customers in the European Union and the Americas. We aim to ship orders within 2-3 business days after receipt of payment. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and shipping method. We offer various shipping options at checkout, including standard and expedited shipping.

Standard shipping is typically delivered within 5-7 business days in the European Union and 7-14 business days in the Americas. Expedited shipping is typically delivered within 2-3 business days in the European Union and 3-5 business days in the Americas. Please note that delivery times may be longer during busy periods or due to customs or import duties.

Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Petglg. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy for most of our products. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To initiate a return, please email us at cfc5899@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions for returning the item.

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund or exchange. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. Refunds may take several business days to process depending on your payment provider.

Please note that we are not responsible for the cost of return shipping. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please email us at cfc5899@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the item. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions for returning the item. Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund or exchange.

If your item is damaged or defective due to a manufacturing defect, we will replace the item at no cost to you. If your item is damaged or defective due to misuse or accidental damage, we may not be able to offer a replacement or refund.
